When you sign in to Subscord using Discord OAuth, we collect personal information such as your Discord account ID, username, avatar images, and email address associated with your Discord account. 2.2 Information from Discord Servers:

We may collect information from Discord servers that are integrated with Subscord, including server activity, message metadata (excluding message content), and member information.

We may automatically collect certain information about your server activity, including message metadata, but not message content.

We may use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To provide and maintain our services.
  • To personalize your experience and improve our bot functionality.
  • To communicate with you, respond to your inquiries, and provide customer support.
  • To detect, prevent, and address technical issues and security vulnerabilities.

4.1 Third-Party Service Providers:

4.2 Sellers and Discord Server Owners:

When you purchase a subscription, product, or service from a Discord server using Subscord ("Seller"), we share certain personal information with that Seller so they can fulfill your order, provide customer support, and comply with their tax, accounting, and legal obligations. The information shared includes your Discord account ID, username, email address, purchase history, and any affiliate or referral data associated with the transaction. This information may be made available to the Seller through the Subscord dashboard, CSV exports, and our public API.

Once shared, the Seller becomes an independent data controller of that information. Their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policy and applicable data protection laws. Subscord is not responsible for how Sellers process, store, or use your data after it has been disclosed to them. If you have questions about a specific Seller's data practices, you should contact that Seller directly.

4.3 Legal Compliance:

We may disclose your personal information if required to do so by law or in response to valid legal requests.

We take the security of your personal information seriously and employ appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
